Critical speed = ((g/R-r)^.5)/(2*3.14).
= 0.469 rps.
= 0.469 rps.

The right Answer is D because;
In question, diameter is given not radius so the (R-r)=.5625.
(√9.81/.5625)÷2π
= .66498.
