Screen efficiency is recovery.
Here's why;
Recovery: In screening, efficiency is primarily measured by how much of the desired material (the undersize) is successfully passed through the screen. This is the "recovery" of the undersize.
Here's why the other options are not the standard definition of screen efficiency:
Recovery/rejection: While recovery and rejection are factors considered in overall separation processes, screen efficiency specifically focuses on the recovery of the undersize.
Rejection: Rejection refers to the amount of unwanted material (the oversize) that is retained on the screen. It is not the term used to define screen efficiency.
