Yout = 0.05 - (0.05 * 0.98) = 0.001.
N = 6 * log(0.05/0.001)-2,
N = 9.
N = 6 * log(0.05/0.001)-2,
N = 9.

The answer will be 8 not 9 By the above calculation which is correctly calculated.

Y-out = (2/100) * (5/100),
= 0.001.
N = 6 * log(0.05/0.001)-2,
= 9.
= 0.001.
