Pick out the wrong statement.
Different solids have different equilibrium moisture curves.
Total condenser or reboiler is considered equivalent to one theoretical plate in McCabe-Thiele method of theoretical plate calculation for distillation column.
Heat removal load on cooler remains constant, even with increase of the reflux ratio in a distillation column.
Even a forced draft cooling tower can not cool water below the wet bulb temperature.

Option B is incorrect as a total condenser is not considered an ideal tray.

Moreover, option C is correct as increasing the reflux increases the load on the reboiler and not the condenser as more liquid is entered into the column.

I too agree, l B is also wrong.

I think both B and C are wrong.

I think option B is also a wrong statement.

What about option B? Is it a correct statement?

Partial condensation is considered as one tray. Otherwise how could consider as a tray?

Load on the cooler/condensor and reboiler will increase while the reflux ratio increasing.
