As in winter atmosphere temperature become some what down than summer so it will affected distillation temperature and distillation temperature also become low so for maintaining same composition or purity we want to increase the temperature of distillation column or else increase reflux ratio.

According to me, if the surrounding temperature gets down then it helps the vapor to condense and cools down the temperature less than normal. So we can maintain the column's top temperature with a lesser reflux amount. So the answer should be A.
