If reflux ratio is increased then re-boiler load will also increase. Looks like all are correct.

Option A is also correct. For the increased reflex ratio the degree of separation will also increase for fixed number of plates/ trays.

With saturated vapour feed the amount of vapour moving upward is increased as a result much of it will be condensed and hence reflux ratio increased for a constant distillate.
