Packed column more efficient because more contacting area comparison to the ordinary distillation column, and not use downcomer in packing column hear mass transfer by internal reflux.

The randomly packed column is the right answer.

Wetted wall column has less contact area as compared to the packed column.

Also, bubble cap tray has less area as compared to packed.
