As we know that for a binary mixture which is non-ideal in nature having the considerable pressure between the molecules hence the vapour pressure of more volatile component is always higher than the less volatile.
We know that the volatility=V.P of more vola./V.P of less vola.
Hence it is greater than 1 always.
We know that the volatility=V.P of more vola./V.P of less vola.
Hence it is greater than 1 always.
