Option C will not be there, Bottom will have higher pressure but in option it is given to be lower at bottom.

Pressure at the bottom of the column will be higher than at the top since the re-boiler is present at the bottom of the column and more amount of vapor is present at the bottom.

This explains both the options A and C.
Not sure about B though.

Anyone thinks in a different way? Please let me know.
