Dew point for unsaturated gas vapour mixture does not depend on the temperature of the mixture.
Dew point decreases with a decrease in pressure.
As pressure decreases dew point decreases.
It will not vary with temperature.

Dew point decrease with increase in temperature, so only one option is less than 20 which is D.

P1/T1 = P2/T2,
750/20 = 700/T2.
T2 = 18.66.
750/20 = 700/T2.
T2 = 18.66.
