Pressure increases then relative volatility decreases so the answer should be C.
The Relative volatility is inversely proportional to the pressure.

When pressure increases, relative volatility between the components will decrease.
This will increase the reflux ratio and molar flow rates in the column, As a result, the area required for vapour flow will increase.
As pressure increases, vapour density will increase.

Relative volatility is independent on temperature & depends on pressure. So, I think B should be the answer.

Relative volatility depemds on substance. Yes it ch eges with temprature but here they didin't say that at same temprature it is same so data here is insufficent. So the answer is D.
