Since the advantage of floated heat exchanges also includes that tube bundle can be removed for the ease of cleaning.
We can also argue that the option A i.e. facilitates the cleaning of heat exchanges also holds true for the case.

The use of a floating head means that thermal expansion can be allowed for and the tube bundle can be removed for cleaning.
