Capacity = steam generated/hour.
And economy = steam generated/steam utilised.
So economy = capacity/steam utilised.
Therefore steam utilised = capacity/economy.
And economy = steam generated/steam utilised.
So economy = capacity/steam utilised.
Therefore steam utilised = capacity/economy.

capacity is the ratio of kg of vapor generated per hour, and Economy is the ratio of kg of vapor generated per kg of steam.
