Solid conductivity decrease with an increase in temperature is a wrong statement.
Based on the type.
1. For metals conductivity decreases with an increase in temperature.
3. For non-metals conductivity increases with an increase in temperature.

In case of solid conductivity decrease with increase in temperature.
And in case of gas conductivity increase with an increase in temperature.
And in case of gas conductivity increase with an increase in temperature.

Conductivity of material increases with increase in temperature. Hence body at 75 take take only 10 min to reach at 65 but body at 65 take more than 10 min to reach upto 60.
