Why sensible heat? latent heat is the heat removed or absorbed during phase change.

The problem said that it will maintain at saturation condition thus, latent heat will the only energy be removed.

Please, correct me if I'm wrong.

They asked for only phase change energy not included energy after phase change so it is only latent heat.

Latent heat. Dring phase change from vapour to liquid.
