Npr= Cp.μ/k.
So, Npr is inversely proportional to k - thermal conductivity.
Liquid metal has high thermal conductivity. So, its Npr value is lowest.

It is relative imp between hydrodynamic and thermal boundary layer from above options liquid metal Prandtl no is less.
