Answer must be a gear pump because centrifugal pumps not used for viscous fluids and diaphragm pumps are used for slurry which is corrosive nature so gear pumps are used for high viscous fluids.

Diaphragm are used when corrosive liquids are handled.

Diaphragm pump is used for slurry only, here we shall use gear pump due to high viscosity and stickiness of material.

Soap is not so viscous that you may be used centrifugal pump.
