Vmax/ Vavg = 2.
Vavg/Vmax = 0.5.
Vavg/Vmax = 0.5.

In laminar flow average velocity= local velocity sa ratio is 1.
In turbulent flow it's average velocity=0.5 * Max Velocity.
In turbulent flow it's average velocity=0.5 * Max Velocity.
