Option (c) is right .we know that,
Uavg /Umax = 2 ( laminor).
Uavg /Umax =1.5(turbulent flow).
So, Umax/Uavg = 1/1.5 = 0.66.
Uavg /Umax = 2 ( laminor).
Uavg /Umax =1.5(turbulent flow).
So, Umax/Uavg = 1/1.5 = 0.66.
