Wall drag is 2/3 of total drag and form drag is 1/3 of total drag.
So, (wall drag)/(form drag) = (2/3)/(1/3)
= 2.
So, (wall drag)/(form drag) = (2/3)/(1/3)
= 2.

@Parth
It's 2:1 for the wall to form drag and 2/3 for the wall to total drag.
