A simple pitot tube only has one opening right at the front. It measures the stagnation pressure. You then need a separate static pressure measurement somewhere else. The difference between these two is the dynamic pressure. That static port might be on the side of the fuselage.
A pitot-static tube measures both pressures in the same device. It has the pitot tube inside another tube with holes in the sides of that outer tube. The outer tube measures the static pressure and the inner one with the opening right on the front (facing into the wind) measures the pitot pressure (the stagnation pressure).

Pitot Tube or Simple pitot tube is an instrument used to measure the velocity of flowing fluid and total pressure.
Although Total Pressure /Stagnation pressure is the addition of Static and Dynamic Pressure but pitot tube don't give separate vale of static or dynamic pressure, it always gives value in addition i.e. Total pressure.
Further Stagnation velocity is Velocity at rest and pitot tube is used to find the velocity of flowing fluid.

Pitot tube measures stagnation pressure only which is equal to sum of static and dynamic pressure further by using this we can calculate stagnation or point velocity.
