The momentum correction factor for velocity distribution;
For laminar flow, it is 4/3 = 1.33,
For turbulent flow, it is 1.

Flow in pipe or plets etc is not clear we can not declare the cross-sectional area so the option is D.

1.66 is for kinetic energy correction factor not for momentum correction factor.
