Which is the correct relationship for a centrifugal pump ? (where, D = Impeller diameter, inches H = Head developed, ft of liquid pumped N = Speed of pump, rpm)

We can check with the relationship of D , H and N.
At constant speed;
H is directly proportional to D^2.
Thus D is proportional to H^(1/2).
From power number relation.
N is inversely proportional to D.
Thus D is (1/N).
At constant speed;

Thus D is proportional to H^(1/2).
