According to me, The answer should be;
For volumetric flow= area*velocity.
Velocity =10ft/sec;
Area =( (22/7)÷4)*D^2.
= 3.14/4 *2^2 (1ft=12inch)
= 3.14.
Discharge = 3.14*10=31.4ft^3/sec.
For volumetric flow= area*velocity.
Velocity =10ft/sec;
Area =( (22/7)÷4)*D^2.
= 3.14/4 *2^2 (1ft=12inch)
= 3.14.
Discharge = 3.14*10=31.4ft^3/sec.

Radius r=2ft,
Velocity v = 10ft/sec.
Area of pipe=πr^2 = 3.14 * 4 = 12.56.
Volumetric flow=area*velocity.
Volumetric flow= 12.56 * 10 = 125.6ft3/sec.

Here, it didn't describe whether 24 inch is pipe radius or dia. So, both the answer B and D will be right for dia and radius respectively.

The size of the pipe is always indicated by its diameter (if not mentioned anything).
