550 ft*lb/sec = 1 HP So ans 1 is correct.

P = vgh.
V = 10 lbs/sec = 4.542 Kg/sec,
h = 55 ft = 16.764 m,
P = 4.542 * 16.764 * 9.8 = 746.2 W = 1 hp.
V = 10 lbs/sec = 4.542 Kg/sec,
h = 55 ft = 16.764 m,
P = 4.542 * 16.764 * 9.8 = 746.2 W = 1 hp.
