I think answer is wrong. Head of pump is independent of density of fluid. The correct answer is only power requirement changes i.e. option 3 is correct.

Here all three options are dependent on the RPM. So for a high viscous case, the velocity will decrease which ultimately reduces the rpm hence will decrease the head, and capacity and will require more power to operate the pump.
