Viscosity increases with increasing pressure. Below +32° C and under pressures of up to 20 MPa, the water's viscosity decreases with increasing pressure.

The viscosity of water decreases with an increase in pressure up to 32°C.
Above about 33° C the viscosity of water increases with pressure.
Above about 33° C the viscosity of water increases with pressure.
