According to me, Both A and C are wrong, because white phosphorus is the most reactive allotrope.

Ammonium nitrate surface is extremely hygroscopic, due to high energy on its surface which increases the potential of the molecules to absorb moisture from the surrounding environment. So here, ammonium nitrate is more hygroscopic than Urea.
