It is ammonium carbamate and not carbonate.
Ammonia + carbon dioxide ---> NH4COONH4(ammonium carbamate)

CO2 + 2NH3------> NH4COONH2 it is ammonium carbonate. So the right answer is ammonium carbonate.

NH4COONH2 this is an ammonium carbamate formula not an ammonium carbonate.
CO2+2NH3 = NH4COONH2 (AMMONIUM CARBAMATE).
