Exosphere, This is the outermost layer of the atmosphere. It extends from the top of the thermosphere to 6,200 miles (10, 000 km) above the earth.
In this layer, atoms and molecules escape into space and satellites orbit the earth.

Atmosphere layer's lower to upper.

1. Troposphere(0 to 12 km).
2. Stratosphere (12 to 50 km) ozone layer comes under this.
3. Mesosphere (50 to 80-85 km).
4. Thermosphere (80 to 700 km) ionosphere comes under this layer range (80 to550 km).
5. Exosphere. It is the outermost layer (700 to 10000 km).

The Thermosphere is actually referred to as the upper atmosphere. I would rather go for D which is None of the above. The Troposphere is the lower Atmosphere.

Ionosphere exists above the Stratosphere.
