The Correct answer is A only. Since molecularity is only applicable for elementary reactions and not non-elementary reactions then the overall order of the reaction is considered as Oder=molecularity for elementary rxn.
If only mentioned in the question about the overall order of reaction and no consideration of molecularity then we can say that order of reaction May or may not be elementary.

Option B should be the answer since it is experimentally determined value so it may not be elementary.
