Given,
3H2 + CO = CH4 + H2O, KP = 101.84 and,
4H2 + CO2 = CH4 + 2H2O, KP = 101.17
the KP for the reaction CO + H2O = CO2 + H2 is
3H2 + CO = CH4 + H2O, KP = 101.84 and,
4H2 + CO2 = CH4 + 2H2O, KP = 101.17
the KP for the reaction CO + H2O = CO2 + H2 is

Reverse the second reaction. So, Kp will become 1/Kp and then add two reactions. Finally, we need to multiply 2 rate constants i.e (Kp1)*(1/Kp2).

The Kp for the reaction is given as = Kp1 / Kp2 = 10^1.84 /10^1.17 = 10^(1.84-1.17) =10^0.67 which is option D.
