Here, order = 2.
For 2nd order reaction, r= KCa^2--->(1) .
For variable volume reactor,
Ca/Cao= 1-Xa/1+EaXa----> (2).
From (1), r is proportional to Ca^2.
From (2), Ca inversely prop. to Ea.
Ea = change in volume/original volume.
Therefore,
Ra2/Ra1 = (Ea1/Ea2) ^2.
Ra2/Ra1= (Ea1/(1/4) Ea1) ^2.
Ra2= 4^2 Ra1= 16Ra1.
