Temperature also increases because according to arrhenius law, k = Ae^-E/RT, when temperature rises, k also increases.

Option C is the right answer because the rate constant is also temp dependent term. So both conversion and k will increase.

Yes, C is the Right option.
As temp increases, equilibrium constant increases thus equilibrium conversion also increases.

I think you are thinking like "rate constant" and "Equilibrium constant" as equal. But they both are different, Thus the given answer is totally correct in my view point.
