Critical temperature: The temperature above which a gas cannot be liquefied.
For example, the critical temperature of Hydrogen is 33.2 K, it is the highest temperature at which hydrogen can exist in liquid form.

Inversion temperature: It is the temperature at which there is no heating or cooling of gas occurs during adiabatic expansion based on Joule- Thomson effect.

For example, inversion temperature of nitrogen - 620.93K, Hydrogen - 195.37K.

The temperature at which real gases obey ideal gas laws over a wide range of pressure is called Boyle temperature. The Boyle point or Boyle temperature of a gas depends on its nature.
Above Boyle's point, gases show positive deviation from ideal behaviour. In this condition, the compressibility factor, Z>1 and the gases are less compressible.
Below Boyle's point, gases show negative deviation from ideal behaviour. In this condition, Z<1 and gases are highly compressible.
