Actually, in a way, entropy is all three.
First, entropy depends on the mass of the body or extensiveness of The body and thus, is an extensive property. But specific entropy is intensive.
Now, entropy is a state function for sure. It depends on the endpoints of the process only and doesn't depend on the path. This is because entropy is the degree of randomness which irrespective of the path should have specific end values.
Now, it's a Macroscopic property since we consider it for massive bodies. This is because the randomness of a few molecules is difficult to quantify.
So, Answer D is correct.

Entropy is a state function. Because it describes quantitatively an equilibrium state of a thermodynamic system, irrespective of how the system arrived in that state.
