All the natural process occurs spontaneously which means they will have finite differences between the initial and final state in potential driving the change. So, the natural processes are always irreversible.
So, the correct answer is option B.

In a closed system, heat is exchanged but mass is not exchanged with surrounding and all the natural processes are irreversible in nature.
So the answer should be B.
So the answer should be B.
