There is minimum one component present and it may have three phases so that,
F = C - P + 2 = 1 - 3 + 2 = 0.
F = C - P + 2 = 1 - 3 + 2 = 0.

Min number Of Degrees of freedom is zero.
And Min number Of Degrees of Phases that can exist in a system is 1.
And Min number Of Degrees of Phases that can exist in a system is 1.
