Since the reaction carries out without a change in volume, keeping pressure high is illogical. Why is option A correct?

Here as the reaction is exothermic, we can say by Le Chatelier's principle the decrease in temperature favours the forward reaction but since here the number of moles of both the reactants and products are the same the pressure has no effect by Le Chatelier's principle.
