Yes it is basically defined by the clausius statement that it is impossible to flow the heat from cold body to hot body without the aid of external work.

Option C is the right answer because refrigeration application is based on the Second law of Kelvin and the Classics.

Refrigenation is a directional & Spontanous process and Second decribe both of these.
