The answer should be A since filler used for aluminium 6 series and other materials may not have the same composition So C and D ruled out. Metal temperatures are high hence it should always be lower.

The answer can't be C. If the filler and the parent metal have the same temperature, it means both the filler and the parent metal will melt at the same time at the introduction of heat, leaving nothing to be welded.

So, The answer is A.
