The order can be positive, negative, zero or even fractional. It can be determined only experimentally and does not depend on stoichiometric coefficients of reactants.

The Order of reaction can not define by Stoichiometric. । It is an experimental quantity. It can be Zero. But can not be a fraction value. So, correct answer is A.

A and D both are correct here. B can't be the correct option unless it is given that reaction is elementary.

The order of a chemical reaction can be fractional. And also order determined from the stoichiometry of the reaction is often erroneous one. The Correct answer would be B.
