In metals the conductivity is due to movement of free electrons. So When temperature increases, the vibration of metal ions increases. This results in increase in resistance of metal and hence, decrease in conductivity.

So, the option B is correct.

With increase in temp, resistance increases in metal so electric conductivity decreases.

While in case of semi-conductor, with an increase in temp, electrical conductivity increases.

Electrical conductivity of semiconductors Increases with increase in temperature as more electrons can jump from valence band to conduction band.
