Mass of U is 235.124 amu.
Mass of of one neutron is 1.009 amu.

So total initial mass is 236.133 amu.

Mass of Barium is 140.958 amu.
Mass of Krypton is 91.926 amu.

Mass of three neutron = 3 x 1.009 = 3.027 amu.

Total final mass 235.911 amu.

Mass difference = Total mass - Total initial mass.

= 236.133 - 235.911 = 0.222.

Since 1 amu = 931 MeV.

Energy released = 0.222x 931 = 206.68 MeV = ~200 MeV.
