Tin is a white metal and has a very low melting point so we eliminate every choice that has a high temperature (C and A), A is WRONG because when pressure increases the temperature also increases based on ideal gas law (PV=nRT), and choice B is wrong because Tin can handle high load.

So, the correct answer is D
(4)

Tin-based white metals, also known as Babbitt metals, are often used for bearings that are subjected to:
* High pressure,
* Moderate speeds,
* Heavy loads.

The correct answer is A.
