Sensible change in temperature of gas is the latent heat required to vaporise the liquid and process is also known as adiabatic saturation, and temperature of gas is adiabatic saturation temperature or wet bulb temperature.

Can anyone tell me how to convert chlorine from liquid to gas?

For cooling process we have to remove the sensible heat and for humidification we have to give the latent heat.

Let us take a simple practical example of refrigerator. In freezer section (called as evaporator) refrigerant enters in liquid state and exits in gaseous state. To convert ammonia from liquid to gaseous state we add first sensible heat (subcooled liquid to saturated liquid) and then we add latent heat which converts it saturated liquid to gaseous form.
