Due to large no of hydrogen an atom in fats compared to sugars. This enable fats to produce high energy during ETC. So the correct answer is B.

Due to having more H atoms in fats with the same no.of C atoms of sugars, fats could undergo more than glucose in oxidation process to yield more energy. That is, energy yield for Glc. would be 38 ATP Whereas it be would 42 ATP for the fats with 6 atom carbons. SO the answer B is the correct one.

Due to more large structure of fat n it contain large no of carbon when breakdown takes place, so high energy release. So answer will be A -carbon atom.
