Option B is correct.
In prokaryotes, termination occurs by two ways:
a. Intrinsic mechanism- here, RNA polymerase is destabilized hence, the chain is terminated.
b. Rho-dependent mechanism- Rho protein, basically, a helicase unwinds DNA-RNA hybrid, thus chain is terminated.
