In presence of oxygen, the next stage after glycolysis is oxidative phosphorylation, which feeds pyruvate to Kreb's cycle and feeds the hydrogen released from glycolysis to ETC to produce more ATP. So, the answer is D.

I also think B and D are correct. NADH is produced when oxygen present. And also the acetyl coA produced moves to the oxidative phosphorylation phase. Please clarify if I'm correct. Thank you.

I think both option B and option D can be the answer. As because que asks after glycolysis when oxygen is present then what happens. So if oxygen is present then obviously oxidative phosphorylation will occur. Please clarify I am in a a bit confusion.
