Nucleus involved in Nmr spectroscopy, but elections are not involved in Nmr spectroscopy why? In case electrons involve in Nmr, which case involved?

NMR uses radiowaves which is not capable of rating or vibrating electrons present in the bond it is only possible in ir frequency which is able to do that. So in NMR nucleus spins affected by the radiowaves.
